Totally agree Steecoe……horrible questions, no asks about why they don’t play every so often, would would they play again, how did it feel to play together again…..horrible job by Letterman. For heavens sake they are a rarity on TV together and those dopey questions are all you ask. I thought John Paul Jones was funny, Jimmy Page looked cool and Robert plant was in a good mood. They all seem to get along, not sure why Plant won’t just suck it up anfd get out there……….Jeez! King EdwardQuote |

videoman320 (308) | Made me realize why I never watch Letterman. Probably the worst talk show host ever. As for Plant suckin it up. I have a theory. If you saw the 2007 02 arena show I think you would agree Robert sounded great. But I think he knows his voice could not hold up on a full blown tour. Especially with the demand from promoters to perform in every city and probably multiple nights in the major cities. Now a David Lee Roth can be a clown on stage and suck vocally and get away with it night after night like he has. Plants voice was not only his voice it was also his show and he knows it. He cannot get away with a bad night vocally. Now if they were smart they would do a pay per view for tv or closed circuit in movie theatres once or twice a year. Easier than touring and everyone gets their Zeppelin fix. videoman320Quote |

mrmojohalen (6467) | Or at least put out some new material. When you turn on your stereo, does it return the favor? mrmojohalenQuote |

mcs5150 (1096) | Why should Zep tour and/or release a record? As a fan that would be awesome, but if Plant’s heart is not into it I would rather the memories are left alone. mcs5150Quote |

Dutchie (1799) | I would imagine Letterman would of been told what he could and couldn’t not ask them. I would think they are sick to death about the “reunion” questions…. Notice how Letterman didn’t once refer to them as Led Zeppelin, only their names….. I bet that wasn’t by coincidence. DutchieQuote |
