I have a Westwood One FM show from Selland Arena probably from 5/14/92…I uploaded to DB.and.as an experiment I made a Poundcake Mix using my DAT audience show for the Left channel and the Westwood one FM source for the right channel and synced them to see what post production (if any ) was done,I only hear differences with Hagar,no Guitars or Drums..here are the links for anyone curious..

Thanks for the Westwood One FM show S8S.
Just curious, is it a cassette recording transfer or from CDs such as these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Van-Halen-Superstar-Concert-Westwood-One-Radio-Show-93-23-with-Cue-Sheet-/331436466610?pt=Music_CDs&hash=item4d2b2721b2

If we were to compare both recordings to my ears I would say the Left Channel would be my preference but if you were to compare accoustics side of it the guitars and drums do sound similar accept for voice which varies along the way between both recordings..

Thx for sharing :-)
