Just want to give a huge shout out to KISSMAD for sending me this disc. Your generosity knows no bounds and this is another one I owe you for.

It arrived today and I’m about to get arrested for noise complaints from my neighbors ;) .

Also, huge thanks to PT5150.

Bruce and Pete fucking legends…

EDDIE’S fingers aren’t fingers they are muscle-powered pistons that hammer guitar strings to the fretboard with the force of a rivet gun”.

I received a copy today from zr1fevr. Many thanks to Kevin for passing this gem onto me. Also, the hd quality is amazing. Randy did a great job filming. I really enjoyed how much of the video is Eddie’s torso and guitar. From across my living room, and in high definition, it appeared Eddie was standing behind my television playing guitar for me. Fun to watch anyway. So another big thank you to Randy for filming and sharing this beauty and Kevin passing it along. Much appreciated fellas!

I haven’t seen the Phoenix Blu Ray disc so I can’t compare, but the “Another Day at the Office” Blu Ray is my favorite. I’ve probably watched it ten times. Just an amazing video for someone interested in Eddie’s playing. The HD quality enhances the experience that much more.

Just so I’m clear… is this the same show as this:
audio: (darktrain) Schoeps MK41s > CMR Actives > Naiant Tinybox > Sony PCM-M10; LPCM 1,536 bit
video: (Ron) Sony HDR-TG1, (the other Ron) Canon G1X, (Steecoe) Canon Vixia HF R300, (Jimboagassi91) Panasonic DMC-ZS10, (Silver Stallion) Sony HX9V — all video shot in 1080p full HD; downgraded to standard definition for this DVD set.
…except in BluRay, or is this just Guitard’s closeup angle?

I’m sure this has been answered already, so sorry in advance.

This is my single-cam that I shot from the 2nd row. I concentrated almost exclusively on Ed for the whole show, so even when he’s just standing there there listening to Dave wax poetic – it’s all Ed. It’s not a normal type of fan shot concert video, as I made no attempt to capture ‘all’ the action – I only concentrated on Ed. If you’re a fan of Ed’s playing – you’ll probably enjoy this. If you’re more a fan of the band – you should wait for the forthcoming blu-ray that includes all the various angles.
