kite (2009) | http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=399987 Van Halen Zoom H2 Crowd Notes: I was on vacation in D.C. and got to meet super dimer loucap81 at this show. We have known each other for years, but never had the chance to meet…just sent cd-rs through the mail until the internet changed the recording/trading world. All CVH fans own Lou a debt of gratitude. Not only has he recorded many of the reunion shows, but found many upgrades to 1974-1984 VH shows as well as a few uncirculated shows from that era. It was great meeting him, a prince of a guy. All hail Lou! kiteQuote |

Mink (2663) | If he doesn’t have it I do. I’m not sure how much room I have in dropbox, but maybe I can upload it. MinkQuote |

ModelCitizen (333) | This is what I have. Let me know Van Halen Taper: Lou Lineage: SP-CMC-2 (AT831′s with low sensitivity mod) > SP-SPSB-8 (95 Hz bass roll off) > Edirol R-09 > WAV 24/48 > CDWave > Trader’s Little Helper > FLAC(level Quality: A- Total Time: 109:54 1. Unchained 5:02 Notes: I wasn’t going to go to this show originally, but when I got word from one “Markum7″ that he was vacationing in DC this week (conveniently when VH was in town) I had to meet him. You can thank him for liberating countless classic Van Halen recordings back in the day and keeping them preserved for future generations like me. If not for him, and his passion for VH and taping in general, I doubt I’d be into taping. It was great meeting you Mark! And he also taped this show so when he gets back home, look for his recording to pop up here. I was disappointed that again, “Hear About It Later” was dropped in favor of “Jamie’s Cryin’.” However, I was happy to hear “Hang ‘em High” and thankfully this time, Roth was pretty good with the lyrics. There was no looking at the drum kit and it sounded like he had practiced it over the last couple weeks. There will not be a 16 bit version. I don’t have the interest in doing that so any one of you can take it upon yourselves to do that and upload it to Dime, no need to ask me. Really you can do whatever you want with it without asking–mate it to a DVD, upload as mp3 files on guitars101.com, etc. I can’t stop you anyway and I stopped caring about such things a long time ago. FFP file and shntool results included. …Zero Discipline ModelCitizenQuote |

Thanks MC, but I was looking for the “Markum7″ recording. Matt hooked me up. On a different note, was there any artwork for the “Markum7″ recording of this show? Thanks. ronQuote |
