I’m pretty sure this is the transfer I did back around 2000-2001 that I traded with Jeff French. This was done from a double LP set I bought at a record show back in the 80s. I remember Runnin’ With the Devil faded out at the end of side A and faded in on side B but with some overlap and I was able to do a seamless transition using Cool Edit and CDWave was used to split the tracks for burning. I also transferred your show too Dean from June 20th. I got that copy from Ken K from New Hampshire I think . I also did a couple other shows that I got from Pat (Mojo). The copies of the shows I did from cassettes pale in comparison the first gen and master copies I picked up later from the generous folks here and at Dime. Lou and Greg also did an amazing job tracking down all the masters and low gens of a lot of the shows that we have in our collections.

I’m referring to Greg Renoff. We had some back and forth through email about different versions of a Philly ’81 show and he passed it along to Lou and we took it from there. It would be very interesting to get in touch with this Greg from Thousand Oaks, but unfortunately no bells are ringing……. other than Christmas bells. (sorry, couldn’t resist)
