vhrob: I love it bro.Glad those pics came in handy too…..
thanks so much,
Rob

those pics came in handy thx. surprised the front cover photo came out as good as it did since the original pic was fairly small.
I figured there’s so much work going into this new DVD already… needed a good cover too ;-)

Thanks. And I blame Rob.. haha… when he said ‘can’t wait to see the back cover’ … then I knew had to go all-in and put in some more time. hahha

ha ha…. well you guys can just all go ahead and blame me for this whole damn thing….. ha ha

I am the one who pushed Ron into doing it and kept on bugging him every other post with it. I tell you what though you guys are gonna love this one. Its really such a nice, long overdue upgrade. Having these extra songs is such an improvment…. I have not recieved Ron’s newer disc yet and it should be in tomorrow hopefully so I’ll check it out and get back to Ron and start ripping some copies for you guys that dont get on the torrent thing.
ok I am going to go print out a copy of your insane artwork now.

^^^ haha. That’s right. You were the catalyst of this whole project.

I had a nice laser/color printer to test. Hopefully inkjets do a decent job.
Still plan to post a larger source Jpg (tonight) we can use as final cover.

Great thanks a lot for the cover and to Ron ,Rob & all who had a input.
When you put the large version up I’ll be saving it and going to Officeworks to get a great quality copy.
Thanks again.

Yes Rob, you were the push that made this happen. I’ve been sitting on these S-VHS tapes … well, the original PPV …. for 18 years (!!) I had made copies onto VHS for folks over the years, and I knew that the Applejack version was VHS sourced, but I never sat down and looked at them side-by-side to see if the S-VHS was really any better.

There were a lot of folks that helped along the way with advice, recommendations, hardware, etc… By the weekend, hopefully there will be a bunch of you enjoying the final (until another batch of hidden gems surfaces) results.

You got that right Ron. Lots of people had some great input on this one for sure. I think thats why it’s such a success!!! Everyone chipped in with artwork, recomendations and even though you did all the legwork, I have really enjoyed watching this one come together. Again I am a HUGE Balance era fan (always have been) and all these years knowing the songs that were omitted from the PPV always just bugged me that they did not include some of the classics like ATBL. I think this one rates right up there now with some of the all time great pro shot shows from the VH catalogue…… again awesome artwork thismusicsux….. Smokin!!!
cant wait to see you guys checking this one out.

Those that are interested in getting this upgrade via torrent, I’ll post a link to the torrent file tomorrow.

You’ll need a good 7.75 GB of free space. (this is a dual-layer DVD9)

This will be a private torrent (not listed at places like Jam2This or Dime, etc…), which means that you’ll only be connected to other people here that choose the torrent option.

It is probable that tomorrow we’ll also have a second download option (FTP) available for those that want to go that route.
Thanks.
