Next question is how long is their setlist??

They have not played here in 15 years…They better not do a 90 minute set..We want the 2 hour set like in US.

2013 Stone Music Festival

Van Halen and supergroup Kings Of Chaos to headline festival

Van Halen and the Kings Of Chaos supergroup featuring members of Guns N’ Roses, Joe Elliott (Def Leppard) and Sebastian Bach (Skid Row) are coming down under to headline the brand new 2013 Stone Music Festival.

Also on the bill are Richie Ramone, hard rockers Buckcherry.

The Stone Music Festival will take place at ANZ Stadium with the performances from the major headliners all exclusive one off shows.

It’s great to finally see Van Halen back on our shores. It’s been off and on again with the 70s rock legends for the past couple of years. They almost came to play Soundwave and they pulled out because they weren’t ready.

There was an extremely hot rumour Van Halen were going to do the dual frontman thing with “The Red Rocker” Sammy Hagar joining Diamond Dave and the boys but that doesn’t look like it’s happening.

Cool that the Baby Animals have been added to the show. I would be surprised if some of the guys from Extreme will be there. They may not play, they were supposed to be here then anyway and with VH and now the Baby Animals, I bet at least Nuno will come down. Hopefully, he get up and jam with them.

Wow, that Kings of Chaos line up looks awesome! Lots of singers, though… Baby Animals would be great, too.

I don’t speak twitter either, but it looks like a bloke named PeterOU812 asked Seb Bach if he was coming to Austalia with Kings of Chaos and Van Halen. Seb Bach then replied, “That would be amazingly incredible and great.” This gives the indication that Seb Bach is unaware of the gig…
