Then, I had bought tickets for my daughter and I to go and I decided I wasn’t going to film it. Then, I fell into tickets in my company’s suite about 3 hours before showtime. So I sold my seats which were average at best and took the suite tickets. I brought my camera but since we were parked so far from the arena and running late due to traffic I decided to leave it in the car not knowing what security was like. Well, when we got to the door it was laughable and so I was a little mad at myself for not bringing it. During Kool & The Gang (not filmed by me obviously), my daughter realized she forgot the ear plugs we had bought on the way. So after their set, we go outside to see if they will let us go back to the car for the earplugs for my young daughter. They decided it was ok and so we hoofed it back as fast as we could and I grabbed the camera. I am so glad I did. I’ve seen Van Halen three times in Nashville during the Hagar years (1991, 1993 and 1995 – still looking for anything from that ’91 show if anyone has it) but never with David Lee Roth. They didn’t hit Nashville on the ’07-’08 tour which was a bit surprising to me. So I just had to get this. The band was firing on all cylinders and put on a tremendous performance! I have never seen EVH better in person. He was incredible! I did have just one tiny gap which was a matter of seconds between the end of “Hot For Teacher” and “Women In Love” as I had to switch my battery. Other than that, this is a great HD document of the Van Halen 2012 tour. I hope you like it! jroundy (1418)	I watched the YouTube clips of the footage, and it’s good but not great. I liked kaloway’s footage a lot more. I don’t think it’s really worth downloading 22+GB. I think for the quality of the footage, it’s just too much of a file size, and I don’t do Blu-Ray yet…and really don’t see it happening anytime soon. I have a DVD player that up converts to near HD, and although a Blu-Ray player would have better picture quality, my player is almost as good. JMO. The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead. Nobody rules these streets at night like Van Halen!! jroundyQuote
