Back to replacement singers

Bruce Dickinson for Paul Di…..what ever is name was
and Brian Johnson for the late great Bon Scott

The guy that replaced Rob Halford for a while I always think should get a nod….great voice and did well….fans never gave him a chance, but then again its Halford its not an easy replacing assignment.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday. Ripper Owens was really good in Priest.

The best replacement IMO in the history of Rock was Bruce Dickinson in Iron Maiden. Best move they ever made.

As far as Van Halen goes, Yes Sam replaced Dave but it really was the start of a new era in the band. I don’t think Sam really did any of the classic VH tunes justice vocally but I was glad that my favorite band was able to continue when Dave left. Gary on the other hand I do feel was a replacement until Sam comes back. I wonder how many of the people around the band were responsible partly for the demise of the band. You know, the people Ed talks about getting rid of, how many of those people were the bad influence on the bands relationship.
OK just rambling now, carry on.
