I really enjoyed this show, a lot more than I expected to even. I used to dig on Hall and Oates when I was a kid. I enjoyed Sammy doing the H&O tunes as much DH’s band doing the Sammy tunes. Good show.

I’ve seen a few of these Live From Daryl’s House webcasts. It is a great idea that I wish more artist would do. Let’s face it – it’s not like the old days when something like this required a tv studio and cameramen, film editors, etc. A decent home studio, a couple of digital cameras and an internet connection is basically all it takes.

I’ve watched some episodes of Daryl’s House and found them all entertaining. The show with Joe Walsh is one of my faves but seeing DH and Sammy collaborating on “Sexy Little Thing” and “Family Man” at the original Cabo was pretty special.

I can’t burn Blu-ray discs either…. but my Samsung Blu-ray player has a usb input in the front, and the player will play digital files.

I have decided to skip the Blu-ray burning tech… and keep everything in all original digital files.

The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead. Nobody rules these streets at night like Van Halen!!
