VOODOO(2375) | The one thing I always appreciate about this era, is that they toured so much, the band was friggin tight and Eddie’s playing was absolutely fluid and perfect. I have been digging through the archives lately and listening to stuff I normally wouldn’t necessarily listen to. The 5150 tour was rough on many levels, since the band was relatively new and they hadn’t played those songs a lot. The OU812 era tours had some expected rough patches, too, but 1991-1995 era of the band had some of their best performances and Eddie’s playing was exceptionally good. It was effortless. I love seeing him playing in this era. Amazing.

You’re right,when i went to see them in Montreal in 91 they were super tight an not playing too fast , i think Alex played with a click after UO812 .But like you said the band was so good and tight live and on all the dvds i have i can appreciate it.

Ed was playing the black PV (Humans Being Wolf w the white toggle switch) this show. Simply amazing!!!! please release this stuff Sam…  Rob

Someone uploaded the ’95 Irvine show which was professionally recorded by the venue to YouTube. That’s the show I was at where Sam grabbed my son and carried him onstage. Unfortunately the venue edited that part out.
