thismusicsux (581)	Noel Monk (Van Halen’s mgr 1978-1985) passed away it seems March 2022. There was a recent estate sale for some of his stuff. Didn’t seem to have much VH stuff left since he auctioned off the bulk of that in recent years. There is (semi) credible rumor that Noel had some old live VH footage in his possession. I’m skeptical of that (maybe some people know more). It probably makes sense the mgr had some live footage, but I’d imagine it was always kept pretty locked up with the band directly. Fun to dream about what he could’ve had though … and if true, where that might end up now! ~~~~ oh some fan on FB claims to have been his friend, and posted a message ~~~~ Noel left his estate to me, including everything Van Halen. It is being professionally stored at an undisclosed location. Once I’ve finished going through all of it, what I do not keep I will be selling thismusicsuxQuote
