That’s the signing fee – a separate, but equal, shipping & handling fee will be added as well. And believe me, I’m going to handle the shit out of it before you get it back. Well worth the expense.

I’ve had my copy pre-ordered through Amazon since the end of Feb. A signed copy would be nice, but just not sure it’s worth the extra $10+, knowing that the extra dough probably isn’t going to Greg.
Also, there was a rumor of possibly a hard cover version, so I’m kinda holding out hope for that too.
