I think the the difference is that the US Fest & DKRC were VH performances that were recorded & then shown on TV. Jimmy Kimmel will be a VH performance on TV, for TV on a TV show. Which is somehow, technically, different.

Think the band is trying to make up the cancelled 2012 shows in any way? There are a couple of cities on the 2015 list that were cancelled in 2012….

Vince G.: “Broomfield, CO”???? I don’t recall that show on the 2012 itinerary at all. Broomfield is essentially Denver, and they played Denver because that’s the gig I recorded.

I re-uploaded the pictures of the shirts on sale in the last part of the 2012 tour that had the cities on them that eventually got cancelled.

I think the sales are just for American Express cards, aren’t they? You can only order if you have an AmEx? I may be wrong.
