Cato: the price of the book is about 25 bucks. and, shipping costs will take about 15 bucks to mail it to the US(probably… it depends on the weight)

The price with shipping that Amazon.co.jp quoted me at checkout was 5,000 yen, which xe.net converted to just over $60 USD.

Cato: let me know if you need a copy anyway. then I will order yours and forward it to you.I think it’s the cheapest way you can take.

That’s certainly a good option. The big question is, since I don’t read a lick of Japanese, is it still worth getting?

the authour says there are lots photos of Ed’s gear there. if you can enjoy them, this book would be worth getting…

AWESOME COVER. Thank you for sharing it + details here, Cato. Yes, please. I’ll take one. Domo arigato!!*

* (EDIT: I just remembered — I have a similar issue from about 10 yrs ago: The Guitar Man: EVH by Young Guitar (with a DVD feat: Japanese Trib guitarist). Cool cover photo of Eddie from 1984, black leather vest. Can’t find it right now … but, is this a revised version of that, Cato? If so, I’ll pass… Thanks.)

BTW — that EVH Skicap/Beanie fits me great + is good quality for the price. Plus, it looks COOL. I have a good size head + full hair, tho. I got it two years ago from VHStore. No worries, it’s a great gift, guys.

Dutchie:
My beanie is fine. I love it and wear it all the time. It doesn’t feel cheap to me. Quality feels just as good as any other beanie I own.

It is quite big though. I dont know if they do sizes, but it wouldn’t be great for kids… unless you cut some eyes into it… ;)

My biggest issue is the size.. useless unless you have a huge melllon. I’ve felt thicker beanies at wal mart for $5.
