Gilligan(1518) | Oh, I think I get it. I forget exactly what it is you do, Floyd, but it’s something like legitimate/professional online rock & roll equipment reviews and clinics and stuff. It could be argued that being a part of this video could interfere with future access to EVH stuff and/or EVH, AVH & Wolfgang themselves as possible interviewees. Showing up at VHTrading is different because nobody is making money off the trades AND we’re a highly respected and above-board website. (I made that last part up, but could be….) There’s a lot of “ifs”, but if I ran a similar sort of “professional business” venture, I think I’d stay clear too. However, Dave and Dave, for example, are perfect for this type of thing. It just depends on what your angle/end product/purpose is all about. All that said, I have no interest in this video. I guess rare studio stuff is cool, but I’ve never jones’d for it like a new album or a tour. If it wasn’t meant to be watched, it’s probably not worth watching. But, to each his own.

You are entitled to your opinion Brett but as one of the people this is insulting; the definition of a fan (fanatic) is exactly this…..I want something that is collectible towards the band I grew up with and love so what is the problem? I work hard for my money and am not going to be able to take it to the grave…if I choose to spend it on something I know I will enjoy the rest of my life then why is it throwing it away? The last two tours I spend over a $1,000 each time to get the highest level VIP package and do not regret one second of it…..was I throwing away money on that as well? For the record I have chatted with Andrew quite a bit on this whole thing since the podcast and he insists as of a few moments ago that he has not been served with or summoned to court or anything. He is trying to reach out to the VH camp and so far getting no response. I will also say that it is strange that a lawsuit and settlement occurred in 2015 and none of us knew about it isn’t it? I mean every time something happens with VH we find out….am I missing something? Remember when Ed sued Nike for the shoes, etc etc etc Also; why was Mitch Malloy allowed to use some pics, tell his story, and use a song that Ed wrote? I am not saying this guy is right or wrong I am just saying the story; at least so far; seems fishy. Also; Andrew has assured me that when the dust settles and he is forced to stop then he will gladly refund the $500. Back to my original thought though Brett while you are entitled to your opinion I personally do not appreciate the comment.
