I am currently burned out. However, I will put a boot on the background at least a couple of times a week.

I rarely listen to them or any other music anymore. It’s a shame really but when I’m driving it’s usually talk radio that is on. Like others have mentioned though in my radio market the only music on the rock stations is classic rock and they all play the same Steve Miller and Tom Petty songs. It’s just so boring. The only time I will listen to music now is on the weekends if I’m working around the house and even then it’s rarely Van Halen. This past Saturday it was Pantera, Vulgar Display of Power.
My sons on the other hand listen to Van Halen every day. One while he plays xbox and the other while he does homework. It’s really pretty cool and I’m glad that I’ve passed the VH torch to them.

Fairly regualry, but it happens in spurts. I’ll listen to them for a few days and then not at all for a few weeks, and then back to them again.

Stay Frosty

Since I’ve been putting together these VH collections, I’ve been listening to boots literally every day.

For other music, I’ve pretty much given up on mainstream radio; I’m finding most of the bands sound too alike and the music is very formulaic. For the past 10 years or so I’ve really been into Scandinavian bands like (formerly) The Hellacopters, Turbonegro, Pagan’s Mind, Spiritual Beggars, Imperial State Electric, Grand Magus, etc. Most of the day though I’m streaming sports radio from my home state.
