New 2 LP release.

Dunno what show it is, or much else about it.

Great American Broadcast Company #GABC 105LPCD

This is a unique series vinyl issues of Live FM Broadcasts featuring household names such as:- Aerosmith, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, The Doobie Brothers, Green Day, Van Halen, Bruce Springsteen, The Ramones, Talking Heads, Lou Reed, Jefferson Airplane etc

All the releases are numbered limited editions, pressed on 180 gram vinyl and include an audio CD too. The packaging is based on the legendary Smoking Pig label based in California in the early 1970′s. Audio quality is stunning as all releases are Radio Broadcasts.

Probably one of the South American shows. They didn’t have any FM radio broadcasts in the US other than the three songs from the US Fest, did they? Then again, they’re not always accurate with the description on these. It could also be from Largo ’82 or “Dallas Diver”.

Release date appears to have been pushed to the end of June. Looks like it’s a UK release.

Hey Ron. Where did you find the cover for this one? I tried searching for a place to buy – but the only site I’ve found is this one.

Is that the best place to purchase it from?

So Spin is sketchy…. thanks mikeyV – I appreciate the help, perhaps I might try there if I’m feeling bold.

Ron – where did you find the listing originally? Is this the best place to get it?

Where do you recommend?

Originally? Probably Amazon Japan: http://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B00VFSW0JU/

As for where to get a copy, you have to weigh the odds of getting it (how reliable is the company?) verses the the cost. Sometimes I’ll pay more for an item because I trust the retailer more.

The set list on the artwork is:

Romeo Delight
Unchained
Full Bug
Runnin’ With The Devil
Jamie’s Cryin’
So This Is Love
Little Guitars
Dancing In The Street
Somebody Get Me A Doctor
Dance The Night Away
Secrets
Everybody Wants Some
Ice Cream Woman (??)
Pretty Woman
Ain’t Talkin’ ‘Bout Love

This seems to line up with the 1983 US Festival set list.
