Thought this photo looked great. Would be cool if this was Ed’s jet. VH Tour jet.

Yeah that’d be cool if it was Edwards jet but I bet Ed would not want to draw that much attention to the band. Could be wrong. I love that other pic of Sam and Ed to from 04. Probably one of the few times they got along during the 04 tour. I always wished that one turned out better than it did.
I love the pic of Ed and Cody.

That shot of Ed looks like it was taken in a commercial jet. I can’t help but wonder – why is Ed flying in what looks like economy plus? He’s a multi-millionaire – why not fly business or 1st class?

Edit: After looking at it again and seeing the wide arm-rests – I think that is business class.

Having said that, I know from personal experience that bringing a dog into the cabin of a commercial plane is a fairly big deal. The rules vary slightly from airline to airline, but basically, the dog can’t be more than 5 pounds, has to be in a dog carrier (and the dog must be able to stand up and turn around inside the carrier), the carrier must be able to fit under the seat in front of you, and you may NOT let the dog out of the carrier. My wife broke the rule about letting the dog out, but she kept the dog under a blanket on her lap, so no one ever saw the dog.

Maybe Ed is getting the rock star treatment and the stewardesses are letting him have the dog out.

When you turn on your stereo, does it return the favor?

Every airline has different polices on letting pets fly the FAA has limited generic rules about size of carrier but no weight limits for the most part you follow the rules of a carry on , some airlines allow pets to be free while others are very strict about this rule , I travel with my dog all the time and have had no trouble at all with certain airlines while others I have more trouble than what its worth

I should have included that when I fly with a dog, it’s always on trans-oceanic flights, often on foreign airlines. What I’ve found is that the rules are often based in large part on the country to which you’re traveling. Some countries don’t allow dogs to go through animal inspection with you – the only option is to send the dog as freight in the hold of the aircraft – something that dramatically increases the cost of shipping the pet. I suspect that the airlines making money is a driving factor in some cases.

I made a mistake about the weight limits (that I’ve experienced). The dog and the carrier couldn’t weigh more than 5 kilograms (roughly 11 pounds). My carrier weighed six pounds and the dog weighed 5 pounds – so we just made it.

Does anyone know if there is a photo of a plane with the VH logo on it?

I know GnR had one..Metallica..Def Leppard..Motley Crue. And Aerosmith had one in the late 70′s and probably now..I am reading Aerosmith’s book at present.
