Which is most likely why Dave is being cryptic and not saying they’re working on “new material” or “new music,” just that it’s a “project.” Could be that boxed set we’ve all been hoping for. Could be a full CVH DVD or BluRay from the 80s. Could be Van Halen scented striped candles. Who knows?!

I can only imagine those candles would smell like Jack Daniels, beer and pussy, or a typical Friday night!

I do hope there is NEW music anything old rehashed is a waste of time.
And as I said before we have that many great boots from 2012-13 a DVD-cd is not needed and with Daves voice good & bad at certain times it would be a waste. Time will tell what they are up to..

You can poo poo this all you like and with VH , anything is possible . . . and then is postponed or cancelled.
Of course Van Halen IS recording a new album and we all know that. But from what I’ve been told , the big secret project that is goin on up there in Laurel Canyon is a Van Halen documentary that has been shooting on and off for a while now. No other details except that , filming began while ADKOT was being recorded. There is tons of Wolfgang jamming with the brothers footage , before Dave was officially back in the picture , that may be used as a starting point for a documentary type feature. It isnt going to be a through the years , old footage unearthed type of movie.
But more a , how and why we re launched the group type of thing with a ” re-building Eddie Van Halen ” undertone. No Mike , No Sam interviews etc. Thats all i got and I got it from some folks who work with EVH gear

Wasn’t there a rumour there was a Doco being made when ADKOT was being recorded?
