I do NOT mean this in a negative way … but my gut tells me that this was not Ed’s idea … and had someone (read: Janie) not come up with the idea, it would never have occurred to Ed to do it. While he genuinely is a good-hearted, kind person and very happily went along with this – I think Ed lives too deeply inside his own world to come up with an idea like this.
