Wes (6118) | http://www.vanhalenstore.com/page/VH/PROD/DVD09 3) “Catherine – The EVH Studio Cut” video: (6:37) The entire video is exclusively Eddie playing guitar (and drums!) in his famous 5150 studio! This is some very cool collectable footage of Ed in the studio… and there isn’t much of that around! VHT Facebook Group: http://www.facebook.com/groups/3731315524 WesQuote |

Dutchie (1799) | Its always great to see footage of Ed in 5150, but I’m never really sure what to think whenever I see this. Ed was obviously not in a good place when this was recorded. The song it self is kind of like the bastard son of “Respect the Wind”. Its cool. THe best thing about the whole clip is seeing the Shark guitar hanging up on one of the walls. DutchieQuote |

jroundy (1418) | It bothers me to see Ed in this kind of condition. It is very unlike him to just throw his guitar on the floor, and then of course reach for the bottle. I wonder what else he was using besides alcohol…..he is sweating like it’s a hundred degrees in the studio. The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead. Nobody rules these streets at night like Van Halen!! jroundyQuote |
