James Young, who owns the Cherry Bar, the pub in AC/DC Lane in Melbourne, and who is also a bit of an insider in the AC/DC family, has given us a scoop this morning. He says Acca Dacca’s record company, Alberts, have “confirmed” that AC/DC will be touring behind a brand new album next year to mark their 40th anniversary. “Alberts, the record company that AC/DC have been signed to for 39 years, have confirmed that AC/DC will be touring behind a brand new album next year,” James told Triple M this morning.
