Gooch claimed he had the rights to unreleased shows and would get strikes issued to people’s YouTube accounts to get them shut down. The Van Halen tie in is he did the same for the recent 8/18/84 show.

From what I have read, Gooch claims to have purchased these shows from the estate of Noel Monk.

Did Noel Monk have the exclusive right to these shows or did he just have copies of the shows?

Does he intend to sell copies of them ?

When you turn on your stereo, does it return the favor?
