I respectfully disagree.. Dave sounds great in both clips. We’ll never have 80′s banshee Dave again, but he stayed where he needed to be and really didn’t use the forced high register. You can really tell that Taylor Hawkins is a big Classic VH fan.. he picks up a lot of the subtle things that most drummers overlook. He did an outstanding job on these.
