Unlike standard CDs, DVDs, audio cassettes, VHS tapes, DAT's, and even Mini-Discs, it is difficult to reproduce boot LP's in their original format. Still, they are highly collectable among some traders, and you should grab a copy if you happen to stumble upon one.
The following list of vinyl record bootlegs is by no means complete. See individual entries on www.vhboots.com for track listings and cover art on most of these titles. If you know of any that aren't on this page, please let me know about it. I'm looking for anything "unofficially" put out: concerts, studio demos, and interview discs. Let me stress that these are unofficial vinyl releases. Many alternate takes, edits, and B-sides on vinyl have been "officially" released; a list of them can be obtained at the Van Halen FAQ page or The Official Van Halen Website.
A huge thanks goes to Mike Kassis.
None of these recordings are for sale. If you are interested in acquiring any of these, please inquire individual collectors for trades.
