Vince G. (2261) | I’m doing my own little ADKOT CD project where I’ll be burning the actual store-bought CD to a CD-R, but I’d also like to add the Downtown Sessions songs in audio format as my own little “bonus tracks”. All I’ve been able to locate on YouTube so far is the full DVD version of the Downtown Sessions. That version is over 16 minutes in length, and it’s not enough room on the CD-R since I’m also adding “CGTSNM” and “MWM”. Thx. Vince G.Quote |

steecoe (1986) | I made my own “deluxe” version of the CD & it clocked in at 67:08. Leaving plenty of room for the 1996 songs. I added Panama, Y&YB, Beautiful Girls & YRGM, but left off the Y&YB intro…. steecoeQuote |

Tried that, but it didn’t work. ADKOT is 50:08. With the Downtown Sessions clip of YRGM, and CGTSNM & MWM, it clocks in at 66:53. The Downtown Sessions clip I found in its entirety is 16:12, which puts the entire CD I’m trying to make at over 82:00 in length. They really need to invent a 90 minute CD. Vince G.Quote |

steecoe (1986) | I didn’t include the YRGM intro or the Y&YB intro. That made my deluxe version 67:08, leaving nearly 13 minutes for the 11.5 minutes of MWM & CGTSNM….I made it work, but it won’t if you include all of daves talking on the intros… steecoeQuote |

Vince G. (2261) | That’s why I’d like to find individual video clips, instead of the full length 16:12 version. Vince G.Quote |

guitard (7354) | Vince – I think you can just rip the audio from the DVD and do a quick edit – and voila! You’ve got the audio you need at the length that works for you. guitardQuote |

ron (11808) | Or you could start with the individual MOV files LiveNation supplied as part of the Vinyl package. A lot of ways to skin this horse, all depends on what software you have and are comfortable with. ronQuote |

Vince G. (2261) | I have Prism Video File Converter, which allows you to convert video files to audio, among other things, and when I tried to convert the video to audio, it did it successfully, but the sound ended up being muddled as hell. Vince G.Quote |
