Dec – I think the person who’d know and be easiest to get an answer out of is Mike Anthony. Surely he’d recall if he used his own gear. I didn’t ask him that question when I interviewed him. That said, I think readers will be pleased with the new information about the whole Simmons episode that I’ve got coming in the book. Thanks for the kind words.
