And it’s always this type of non-answer that keeps the rumor alive. Instead of saying, “No. It’s not happening.” you get, “I haven’t talked to the guys since 2004.” Which implies what? The managers or agents are talking and working out all of the details with Mike and the there is no direct communication between Dave, Ed Al and Mike? The fact that he doesn’t say, “No. I’m not going back on tour with Van Halen.” will fuel this rumor even more. VOODOOQuote |

ron (11779) | A Facebook event page has popped up and is getting a lot of traction, claiming the original Van Halen will play at Yankee Stadium on June 5, 2019. While based on David Lee Roth’s comments a Yankee Stadium show seemed likely, this is definitely a prank, as it says the show is being promoted by Vandelay Industries, a fictional company that George Costanza claims to have been interviewed for as a latex salesman in when applying for an extension at the unemployment office in the Seinfeld episode, “The Boyfriend, Part 1”. Touche, troll. ronQuote |

Dave’s getting free publicity for his business venture. This is another way of communicating to the band that he’s ready to go on the road. When you turn on your stereo, does it return the favor? mrmojohalenQuote |
