Some mentioned there was no depth to the recording. I went back and adjusted some levels and boosted the bass so IMHO it sounds better than ever. Holy shit is all I can say. Ed has never sounded better AND ‘In a Simple Rhyme’ ‘Dirty Movies’ & ‘Drop Dead Legs’ live??!! I’ve seen VH 10 times and this was the best time I’ve ever seen them. Thank god for Wolf and pushing a phenomenal set list! The Roth spot before Ice Cream Man is extremely boring and I can only hope the guys catch a breather during this. This recording has on/off distortion in the right channel….. the recording phases at times. It’s better than nothing, so I’m not complaining. For some reason Dave’s vocals are very high in the mix… which isn’t really a good thing. The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead.
