While determining that my cassette deck still works (for another project), I stumbled across the 1995 Pay-Per-View radio simulcast from The Album Network with Tommy Nast. The show was broadcast, but also included were pre and post-show interviews, which seemed to be live in the studio. Shame I didn’t stumble across it in time to be included in this project.

VAN HALEN PAY-PER-VIEW CONCERT TO AIR DECEMBER 8TH

NEW YORK, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ — Van Halen, in association with Metropolitan Entertainment Group, will air an exclusive pay-per-view concert, Friday, December 8th at 9:00 PM EST.

The 90-minute concert, taped last summer at Toronto’s Molson Amphitheater during Van Halen’s recently concluded SRO World Tour, features the group performing material from their multi-platinum Warner Bros. Records release Balance, including the hits “Not Enough” and “Can’t Stop Lovin’ You,” as well as such classics as “Panama” and “You Really Got Me.”

Simulcast to more than 100 stations by The Album Network, the band’s first-ever pay-per-view concert will be rebroadcast on the same night at 11:00 PM EST and on December 10th at 3:30 PM EST. TVN Entertainment and Direct TV will also distribute the event to direct-to-home subscribers. The suggested retail price for the concert is $9.95.

Could someone please share Re-Balanced In Toronto on JTT or TTD? I’d love to check it out.
I’m also open to a snail mail trade.

Thank You!

I’m way late to the party on this but also very interested if anyone cares to seed on JTT or Dime.

Just curious, with so many versions of this show being out there in both DVD and FLAC, does anyone have an opinion on which one has the best sounding audio? I have:
DVD: Toronto On Balance (I believe Ron’s is the upgrade to this)
DVD: Dutch TV version
DVD: Obscured Collection version
FLAC: Rocks the Beer Hall (which I think is a combination of the two nights)

First of all,i want to thank everybody who work on that and Ron the dean of this place .I dont remember where i was when this came out but i know it was a dark place.i will be quick and say this,i have battle my demons for 35 years and when i decided to let go and be grateful for what i had instead taking eveything for granted, the energy around me changed as well as myself. It;s good to feel alive even if ifs not everyday but evolution is a work in progress.i almost forgot why i was writing in the first place,if someone is willing to trade this super dvd for blank,i would be really thankfull and if not that,s cool too.By the way, music is one of my best mood elevetor

hey my friend so glad to hear your better and are getting this awesome show. I know I have been in a dark place the last year and a half with Divorce, failed relationships and other stuff and now like you…. I am starting to come out into the light and being thankful for what I do have vs what I had and having regret. Glad to hear your better.

enjoy the show my friend… its a great one,

Rob
