Here’s a free download of this show. This is from my Dropbox account.

If you already have a Dropbox account, there is an easier way to download this show. Just ask if you don’t already know. If you don’t have a Dropbox account, ask me for a link so you can get an extra 500 MB of free space.

Let me know if this works alright….it should.

Enjoy!!

Thanks, jroundy. I’m curious, so grabbing now via Dropbox. Transferring @ 50% speed of Dime, not really any easier than using Dime. But, no ratio worries. So, thanks for sharing, jroundy!

(I saw this tour at LA Coliseum. Metallica pretty much ruined the rest of the day for me… they were so excellent + heavy. Everything that followed seemed phony + lightweight by comparison. Hot sun in the summertime, tho. I was right upfront for Halen, which was a pale shadow of the Mighty =vH=. I watched Ed + Al and ignored the rest. Still …. )

Wasn’t this show (the 1st night at Alpine) traded on the old VHT site several years back?

No trading ratios…..that’s why I love Dropbox so much. You can also use it for private trading, you don’t have to post a link for the whole world to see. You can PM a link, and it is like a private torrent, but less complicated.

If you get in early on a torrent and you have fast internet, Dime, and JTT are perfect. If you come in late, and or have slow internet speeds, you don’t stand a chance of keeping up a good ratio.

I don’t remember if my 1st gen show was made available or not – It would have been the 05-28-1988 show though.

Maybe Mink can chime in. I have the 05-27-1988 show on cassette, unknown gen, rated VG+/VG at 100min.

This may be a different source.

When you turn on your stereo, does it return the favor?

Yes, your first gen of 5-28-88 was made available at the old site. I put that show as well as the other shows you released with it in my dropbox account. Once I figure out how to post the link from it I will post it.
