I’ll be recording it…can capture it in HD too if need be…Not sure if it will be worthy of watching more than once or not…the last one was pretty lame, I think that was someone else…the Atomic Punks?

hahaha.. yeah I saw them live last year and thought about the same.
I only watched about half of it…But my assessment above was spot on…I bet if I was there in person having a beer it might have been enjoyable but on TV in my living room I don’t think it holds up to scrutiny….But I think I did enjoy it a bit more than the Atomic Punks show….
I thought the singer did a good job impersonating Dave. I thought the bass player did well impersonating Mike. The drummer and guitar player did OK, but I thought they were the weakest links in the band.
The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead. Nobody rules these streets at night like Van Halen!!
Like I say… nobody will ever compare to the original Atomic Punks with Ralph singing and Russ on guitar (Steel Panther). Ralph has a killer voice. Doesn’t hurt to have Michael Anthony on stage too
Plus a studio version that could (almost) pass for the original
