VHND (15) |
Whether that’s official or not, it’s the Soundtrack, so the only EVH content would be “Donut City”. The Music Score is pure EVH, but that remains unreleased. Jeff – VHND.com VHNDQuote |

eruption1962 (1366) | I’m surprised that nobody has mentioned that scene where Jim lies down in the alley impeding the path of the wannabe punk’s car…during that scene, the soundtrack features the keyboard intro to Everybody Wants Some!! that Ed played during the 1984 tour! eruption1962Quote |

Not sure, probably was…but seemed to be a very limited over-seas release from several years back, very hard to find. ronQuote |

PT5150 (6290) | Eddie Van Halen – “All Fired Up” - Original song from the Musical Score of “The Wild Life” (1984) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iEhnk_KzkOo Another Van Halen News Desk exclusive! Here’s what we call “All Fired Up,” written and performed by Eddie Van Halen in 1983. This track is part of the musical score from the movie The Wild Life. Eddie wrote the entire musical score for the movie, playing guitar along with his electronic drum machine. The director wanted a piece of music that would play in the background of a crazy, rowdy house party. THIS is what Eddie gave him. In the movie, viewers can hear only sections of the track, obscured by the loud party. Now, for the first time, VH fans can hear the full unedited 6:10 track! Some of what Eddie’s playing here became parts of “A.F.U.(Naturally Wired)” on OU812. More on the way! The Van Halen News Desk will be releasing all of Ed’s music from The Wild Life score throughout the coming weeks, via our Van Halen Vault youtube channel (subscribe here). These will all be the full, raw tracks that Eddie recorded, before they were edited for use in the movie. So stay tuned, track #6 is coming soon! (Others we released so far were “Out The Window,“ “Top Down,” “Back To School” and “(Nearly) Good Enough.” Read more: http://www.vhnd.com/2013/12/05/the-wild-life-all-fired-up/#ixzz2mevy6y75 EDDIE’S fingers aren’t fingers they are muscle-powered pistons that hammer guitar strings to the fretboard with the force of a rivet gun”.
