Hey guys,
I’m looking for a digital camera and I know we have had this subject before. ANy advice?? I’m leaning towards a Sony DSC-HX50V/B 20.4MP Digital Camera but I know there are others up there. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have a SONY I forget the exact model number but it is similar to the one you mention. I bought it at the beginning of 2012, It’s a great little camera with nice picture quality, great zoom for a point and shoot and records in HD. In contrast I have a Panasonic that is a few years old but even when it was new I didn’t like it much. The zoom was funny, colors washed out, just not good for concert shooting. Now I use it around my shop to take pictures of machinery.

What kind of photo/video shooting do you plan on using it for?

I’m going to use it for mainly a little of everything, but came across a Fuji that I really like. Thanks guys.
