For fun I thought I’d take a guess at the set list for the upcoming tour. He’s what I came up with.
1. Unchained – Bringing the heat early
2. Blood and Fire – I think this will be second because of the “Look at all the people here tonight” line.
3. Tattoo – Pushing the single
4. Romeo Delight
5. Drop Dead Legs – I remember reading that they worked this up about a year or so ago. I think it will be the first surprise of the night.
6. Runnin’ with the Devil
7. Feel Your Love Tonight – Mixing it up from the last tour with this one.
8. Dance the Night Away
9. Somebody Get Me a Doctor
10. She’ s the Woman
11. Mean Streets
12. Oh, Pretty Woman
13. Drum Solo
14. And the Cradle Will Rock…
15. So This is Love?
16. Big River
17. Hot for Teacher
18. Beautiful Girls
19. Everybody Wants Some!!
20. Stay Frosty – This I think will be in place of Ice Cream Man.
21. Panama
22. Eruption/Guitar Solo
23. You Really Got Me
24. Bottoms Up! – This is a classic closer that I think they bring back for this tour.
encore
25. Ain’t Talkin’ ‘Bout Love
26. Jump

I’m actually hoping for The Full Bug too, but I didn’t know where to put it in the set list

They don’t need this song 12. Oh, Pretty Woman it should of been left off last tour.

Wow, if they play 26 songs, I won’t be picky! That’d be great. I could live without Pretty Woman, too, and Dance The Night Away but I don’t think those hits are going anywhere.

It’d be fun if they threw in Secrets & Simple Rhyme instead. And I, for one, would love to hear Dancing In The Streets! Like that will ever happen….

I think that since they’re doing some revamped demos they should also do Hang ‘Em High (Last Night). The playing on that is just ferocious….. :-P

12 and 15 would be a surprise. I agree with number 2 for that slot, this is great to think about, we’ll know soon. With Wolfie and some of these demo tunes, I think anything is possible. Something I might not have said that before the Cafe Wha show.

“I’m The One” & “Atomic Punk” may be cut. If they decide to switch it up from time to time then they could return.

When you turn on your stereo, does it return the favor?

Its funny, I love the game of guessing songs, but I think we forget that the promoters put in their contracts that they have to play certain songs. This is why I would say that Pretty Women and a couple other “hits” make the cut.

Sadly…I don’t think we’ll see half of those! Jump and Pretty Woman need to go (but they won’t)…I wouldn’t mind seeing YRGM outta there too! The last I heard anything of Drop Dead Legs was the soundcheck from the last 2004 show…I wouldn’t mind that! I honestly don’t think they’ll play anything obscure. I think Mean Street, Cradle, I’m the One and Romeo are doomed for sure! I, for one, would love to see them start the show with On Fire…or Light Up the Sky, but again…it ain’t gonna happen!

I think last nights show and Cafe Wha are a good indication that we won’t see much change in the setlist except for the addition of the new tunes. Obviously some will go to make way but a majority of the “hits” will stay.
