The tickets for this concert went pretty fast. The covered seats were sold out and the tickets on the secondary market were a bit high. I was lucky enough to win a pair of lawn seats from a local radio station. The forecasted temperature for the concert was 95°F. Several quick storms in the afternoon cut the temperature down to a more bearable humid 83°F. We were able to get in the front row of the lawn section of the amphitheatre. Sammy was in great form and the crowd responded in kind. Sammy had the crowd record a tribute to Toby Keith after 5150. Michael Anthony did an awesome job singing “Ain’t Talkin’ ’bout Love”. Joe Satriani was smokin’ on lead guitar. Overall, a great night for music on a humid summer evening in Georgia.

When you turn on your stereo, does it return the favor?
