VOODOO (2375) | I just tossed them both in back to back on a couple songs in the car as I was driving. The new remasters aren’t quite as loud and see, to have a bit more lows and highs. The original remasters are mixed a little “warmer” to my ears, but also a little louder. I like them both, but I thought the new remasters were slightly clearer and more dynamic than the original remasters. I’ll try listening to them again back to back tomorrow and see if I hear the same thing. VOODOOQuote |

VOODOO (2375) | A comparison of “Ain’t Talkin Bout Love” from both remasters. I don’t know if this means anything, but… VOODOOQuote |

JasonA (1119) | Thanks for the update Ron. Between VH, the last batch of Zeppelin remasters and the Sly & The Family Stone box set, July is going to be killing my wallet! EDIT: I noticed Amazon has all of the LPs listed for July 10 except for Diver Down. JasonAQuote |

JasonA (1119) | Amazon doesn’t have a listing for remastered DD, only for old versions. Soundstage Direct has Diver Down remastered up for pre-order, but no release date: JasonAQuote |

I think I found the DD stuff on Amazon ? CD: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00YJKGTSE/ With all the different versions, it’s confusing…and I’m not sure the links above are correct. Your SoundStage link looks good! ronQuote |
