Here’s a question that’s been bugging me: Over the years we all came across different trading lists of audio recordings supposed to exist. Most of them have surfaced, mostly thanks to the help and generosity of VH Trading forum members. However some shows that are supposed to exist seem to remain a mystery, that’s why I’d like to ask for help in clarifying if the following shows really exist or not:

1980-07-27 Uniondale, NY
All traders I got to know and who had this on their lists were wrong in the date, the recordings turned all out to be from the first night (1980-07-26). Is there any proof that a recording of the second night does exist? Or is the version that has been shared widely actually from night 2 and it’s the first show that’s been missing?

1980-09-19 Los Angeles, CA

1980-09-20 Los Angeles, CA

1980-10-10 Oakland, CA
C.J. had this listed in the Van Halen Encyclopedia, I’ve never seen it though

1982-10-31 Hampton, VA

1984-07-05 Indianapolis, IN
All the traders I’ve contacted claiming to have this had their dates wrong as their recording turned out to be from the second night in Indy (1984-07-06). I know that at least the first part of this show exists but is there a full version out there?

Any help is much appreciated!

I find it extremely hard to believe that the New York and California shows don’t exist. Maybe one day they’ll be let out of hiding!
