I thought it was a show advert too, but went back to find where I found it on EBay and found out it is actually an unused ticket.

There is an audio compilation clip from this San Diego radio station KOME 98.5 FM that is said to include Van Halen.

( * I haven’t actually been able to play it yet as I’m away from my home computer, so not sure what it is or if the file works. * )
