Hey guys ~ I need some Monsters of Rock 1988 photos to use in the menus for the upcoming DVD. I was only able to find one decent photo online. If you have any or know where any are located online, please let me know (or post them here). Thanks!

I think it just got to be too big and the server didn’t like it. I’ve split it off starting at page #26 into a new thread called “Rare or unseen VH photos #2.” Hopefully you can see that one.

Can’t find the other that shows most of the stadium with crowd count, I think it was 62,000 people. Very good show.

I’ve got some kind of MOR 1988 flyer that was handed out at one of the shows. Off the top of my head, I don’t remember which show it was. I’ll be able to check at the start of March. Sorry I can’t check sooner.

This is the one photo that I already found that I felt was good for a menu. One thing about menu photos – it’s nice if they have a lot of darkness in them so that the song titles (which I typically like to make with white text) stands out.

damn I loved this tour…… so much energy for sure.

I loved it when they played “5150″ during this tour. They switched it out for Sucker in the Monsters tour but when they went back to the OU812 set they put it back in. I liked it even more this tour than the 5150 tour.

awesome and I cant wait for the new dvd…..

It’s from the July 23, 1988 Los Angeles show.

PT5150:

Great pics … but it’s a ton of work cleanly removing the watermarks.
