thismusicsux (581) | yup I know what you mean. I was always bummed this boot was so bad w tracking lines on early versions. This latest upgrade even though still pretty rough, is 1000 times better thismusicsuxQuote |

Rich_D (3) | I happen to be at this show, but I was a little kid up in the rafters with his friend and his friend’s dad. I wasn’t ready yet. I don’t want this show for nostalgia, I want it because they seem to be really blazing it that night. It’s my favorite STIL solo I’ve heard, and Eddie’s big solo is unique to any other I’ve heard. It reaches a point of intensity where my ears finally give up. I love the days when he would go apesh*t on the guitar and not give an F about being tasteful or reserved. When he’s showing off is when he’s my hero. I just joined and I don’t want to muck up the threads by crying for a single DVD. If anyone can point me to an owner, I’d be obliged. “Interpretation? I thought I was playing it right!” Rich_DQuote |

jorge (454) | http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=540766 September 1, 1981 Lineage – Unknown, high-gen VHS -> Unknown -> DVD This is horrible. It really is. If there was a grade below F-, I’d give it that. But it’s somewhat rare. And if you’re a hard-core VH fan, you might want it. The rumor I’ve heard is that the guy who shot it ran it through 8 or 9 decks, making copies So if you have it, please upload it! And now. I give you, The Mighty Van Halen…! Setlist: jorgeQuote |

jorge (454) | MAJOR UPGRADE http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=540909 September 1, 1981 2012 BTB Upgrade ** Contrast Clause ** On the one hand, you’re probably going to hate me. On the other hand, the previous upload of this did exactly what I’d hoped; it flushed out the upgrade. Many thanks to ReaL808 for dropboxing me this, you can now at least tell Dave from Ed. However, remember it’s still a 30+ year old audience-filmed show. There is little to no zoom; the filmer set up the camera and pretty much left it alone. Some minor zooms during Eddie’s solo, but that’s about it. Anyway, this is as good as it’s gonna get. Even if the Master gets out, I don’t think it’s much better than this. Included this time around are 2 covers made especially for the BTB release. Notes · Audience shot show, filmed using a tripod from pretty far back in the auditorium. Not much zooming is used. And now. I give you, The Mighty Van Halen…! Setlist: jorgeQuote |
