Wouldn’t it be better to wait and see if the superior source from cabosanlucas139 comes through?

I’m sure in a matter of no time a high-quality HD capture will surface. And in the meantime we can always watch it on YouTube.

Is the sound working on these clips?

EDDIE’S fingers aren’t fingers they are muscle-powered pistons that hammer guitar strings to the fretboard with the force of a rivet gun”.

That was pretty, pretty, pretty good. I just wish that they included more VH interview footage.

Yeah, I was a little disappointed in that as well.

How about the footage they showed in the 4th clip with the camera going through the crowd at the back of the arena. Also what looked like from the back of the first section of floor seats. I didn’t realize there may have been another camera crew at some of the shows. You could tell a lot of the footage was from the feeds that were broadcast to the big screen but I’ve never seen “pro” shot footage from those two vantage points.

I noticed that to, but I thought they may have used some high quality YouTube footage. Just my initial thought.

They showed a side close-up of Alex. No way was it youtube footage.

True, but the footage I saw the camera man was moving, ie walking down an isle while filming. Not many amateur filmers do that.

You’re right, I didn’t mean that particular footage, I meant some of the distance shots. I wonder if the footage you’re referring to, was shot by whomever shot the extra footage for the “She’s The Woman” video.

I hate to say it, but I don’t think we will ever get a pro-shot DVD from these guys. They don’t seem interested in spending any money on any kind of video.

I was almost certain they would have filmed the last tour in ’07-’08. This tour we have so much great fan shot footage, we almost don’t need a pro-shot DVD. Although, it would be pretty sweet, if the Japanese would film those up coming shows.

They did pro-shoot a show in 2008. The MSG show was pro-shot, with pickups done at a couple of following nights. It was never released (of course).

I know Dave says, during the ’08 IZOD Center show, they are shooting a DVD, I just didn’t see any camera’s to back that up.

Is there absolute proof that they filmed the MSG show? If so, maybe someday, Wolf will release it.
