VOODOO(2375) | I was cleaning up files from my server and I found this PDF. It’s 50 pages from Sam’s original book that was blocked from release…and then the 2004 tour happened. I don’t remember all of the details on how this came out and what the “behind the scenes” story was as a result, but it’s an interesting read.
