chrisc (691) | If this was the last VH tour with Dave, which I honestly don’t think it was, it really was a great way to go out. To me, it’s time to release some of the rare stuff that we have been clamoring for. Now I know they will release the US Fest video, which we all have in various forms and some other easier ones, but maybe they will release a live recording from each tour since the early days? The music industry is shot, and they realize that only us die hard fans will buy the new albums, so why not give us what we want, which wouldn’t cost them too much to produce? I loved seeing them at Bethel Woods, it was probably my favorite VH show (having seen them close to 40 times since 86) other than when I saw them in 95 from the third row, got to shake Eddies hand and got a pick from him and Mikey. They sounded great, Dave didn’t talk too much and you just couldn’t beat that setlist. I would love to see them release some of these shows too, that would be very cool.
