Someone saves a file to their Dropbox account. Then they send me an email via Dropbox that the file is there and can be downloaded. But I never get that email. It’s not in my spam folder. Any other reason I wouldn’t get the email. They swear to me that they sent me the email….twice. Help!

Just tested it out by sending myself (at another E-Mail account) a link, and the message came through fine and right away. It comes from no-reply@dropboxmail.com
so maybe try adding that address to your white-list ?
