jroundy(1418) | It wouldn’t surprise me at all if Roth is done in Van Halen. Particularly, the line in the song about quitting while ahead ain’t quitting, and I’m quitting. Maybe, Dave realizes his voice has gotten to the point where he can no longer keep up with the rest of the band. It would be far better for him to retire gracefully, then for Van Halen to replace him.
The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead. Nobody rules these streets at night like Van Halen!!
