I would not know how to copy photos from a kindle. Also, as someone who has a book available to buy on Amazon amongst other places (in hardback and on the kindle), I would not like it if someone copied and pasted stuff from my book.

The book is pretty bad. There was some good stuff scattered throughout the book (maybe 5% of the book). It could have been a good article at best. However, the photos are very cool. Overall, I have paid a lot more than $4 for worse stuff on Van Halen, so I am happy I bought it just for the photos and the few anecdotes.
