DIME for the audio. synced them together using SONY VEGAS 10 to create a better listening experience. I downloaded the 720p version of both…. so, I can see the quality difference on the same file size. The first version is clearer, and sounds better to me. If I were to guess, it looks like the second version has been over processed. You did mention problems with it. Anyhow, I am glad I have the first version.
