This is the show where Dave broke his nose in 1980 at the Piper Club in Italy – just before the Pinkpop show. New photos from this performance — but also the owner has video footage of this performance (hasn’t shared)….but thought that was pretty cool if it ever got out there. Pretty rare performance and he also said they played FOOLS!!! Wow! I guess I never realized there might be video footage out there from this.. lol. Although I guess it would be lip sync stuff but still.

I always thought it was just a short Italian TV performance like the others we’ve seen. And looking at Ed’s guitar can’t imagine they were actually playing… but just assuming ;-)
